Naveen and Seerat, Nunsmere Hall

At the height of this summer’s wedding season I was delighted to be asked to photograph a spectacular Indian wedding at Nunsmere Hall. It was an utter privilege to be a part of such an elaborate celebration sharing in the endless energy, love and customs. I’m still revelling in the whirlwind of the entire seven days of celebrations. So much so, that this awesome experience has inspired me to write my first ever blog.

Naveen and Seerat met through friends four years ago in China. Not only is Seerat breathtakingly beautiful, both inside and out, she also studied to become a doctor in Mandarin. Naveen, her handsome prince, runs a very successful family business. The generosity of this fantastic couple and their family towards their families, friends and all their wedding guests was truly heartwarming.

A wedding is truly remarkable when a couple’s spirit of generosity is matched with exceptional hospitality. All the guests were greeted like treasured friends and this event will be cherished forever by all those who witnessed the wonderful union of Naveen and Seerat. I am of no doubt that all involved with the celebrations will have left with full hearts, uplifted souls and refreshed minds.
